The Canada Bay Club is thrilled to announce a new partnership with the Phoenix Restaurant Group. Led by the esteemed Anita Fung and her dedicated team, a brand new Yum Cha and Seafood Chinese restaurant will be opening its doors at the Club in mid-May.

The Phoenix Restaurant Group brings over 20 years of experience to Canada Bay Club, consistently delivering exquisite food and exceptional customer service, many of our members have informed us that they are familiar with the quality of food and exceptional service provided by Pheonix said Frank Failla, President.  Their unwavering commitment to quality has garnered them numerous accolades, including the prestigious “Favourite Yum Cha” title from the Sydney Morning Herald – Good Food Guide 2005. Most recently, Sky Phoenix and East Phoenix received the distinguished honour of “The best yum cha in Sydney” by TimeOut on March 14, 2024, further solidifying their reputation for culinary excellence.

A New Dining Destination at Canada Bay Club

With the arrival of the Phoenix Restaurant Group, Canada Bay Club members and guests can look forward to a vibrant new dining destination. Get ready to savour a selection of freshly prepared Yum Cha dishes, alongside a menu brimming with the finest fresh seafood. Whether you crave contemporary creations or time-tested favourites, their a la carte options will have something to satisfy every taste.
