Canada Bay Club is pleased to introduce Senior Fitness Program for members..

Developed in partnership with Vision Personal Training Five Dock, the program offers structured, low-impact group fitness sessions designed specifically for seniors. These sessions aim to support physical health, mobility, and overall wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.

Gentle Dance Fitness with a Touch of Zumba

We’re thrilled to announce the addition of a Gentle Dance Fitness class with a touch of Zumba, led by Arianna every Thursday. This fun and energizing session combines light cardio movement with upbeat music—perfect for improving coordination, flexibility, and mood.


Class Schedule

Fitness: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

Zumba: Thursday (Started on 31st July 2025)

  • Doors open: 9:30 AM
  • Class time: 10:15 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Location: Canada Bay Club – Auditorium Room

  • Arianna (Zumba Dance Fitness – Thursdays)

Session Cost & Access

  • $5 per session, payable at reception or at the door
  • Members can pre-purchase multiple sessions for added convenience
  • All participants must swipe their membership card at entry
