Grandmaster Gary Khor is the founder/president of the Feng Shui Academy of China and the Australian Academy of Tai Chi and Qigong. Often referred to as the “Father of Tai Chi in Australia’’, Gary has trained more than 1,000 instructors and taught more than 200,000 students in the last 29 years. Branches of the Academy are spread throughout Australia.

Booking is required to attend a class.  

Seniors Fitness

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 10:15am
and Tuesdays at 1.15pm

Classes are open to all but numbers are limited and attendance is by appointment only. To secure your place please phone Garry Chamberlain on 0410 544 399. Classes are only $6 per person. Alternatively, you can join one of Garry’s classes via Zoom. To do so, simply email Garry on garrychamberlain@optusnet.com.au and he will send you an invite to join. 

Ceroc Dancing

Every Wednesday night from 7:15pm

Heard of Ceroc Dancing? Hailing from France, it’s a smooth partner dance combining a modern Jive, ballroom and swing moves, and it’s on at Canada Bay Club every Wednesday night. No need to bring a partner (but you’re very welcome to) and get ready to move around the dance floor to our fun, upbeat music. Whether you’re a beginner or a dancing veteran, there’s room for everyone. Join us for a fantastic evening of dance and fun for $18, a flat rate for the entire session.

  • 7pm – Doors Open
  • 7.15pm – 8pm – Beginner Class
  • 8pm – 8.30pm – Social Dance Time
  • 8.30pm – 9.15pm – Intermediate Class + Beginner Buddy Session
  • 9.15pm – 10pm – Social Dance Time

Every Sunday from 7pm. Doors open at 6.30pm

Enjoy an evening of dancing with live entertainment every Sunday in the Auditorium. Entry is $5 members and $8 visitors.

Come and experience a new challenge – Total Body Conditioning Class. Combining dynamic and strong movements in a fun and functional way to improve overall health and wellness. Classes are only $6 per person.
