Nestled in between Abbotsford and Five Dock, Wareemba is the smallest suburb in Sydney by land area. It was only declared a separate suburb in 1993 so is still considered relatively ‘new’ and unknown.

We are thrilled to announce the opening of Baysia, our new-look Chinese restaurant bringing delicious, hearty Chinese dishes to Five Dock and it’s surrounds! Owned and operated by our outstanding team who have been running the restaurant for over 25 years, Baysia has an extensive menu of both classic Chinese and fusion Chinese-Australian dishes to satisfy your tastebuds.

In the 2014-2015 financial year, Canada Bay Club distributed more than $400,000 to community organisations in the Five Dock area. Through this funding, local schools purchased books and laptops. Sporting teams bought jerseys and sporting equipment and paid for first aid officers to attend their games. Other community groups used the funding to provide social group activities and outings for their members.
