Terms & Conditions & Expiry Policy

As a valued Diamond Member of Canada Bay Club, your loyalty and ongoing support mean a great deal to us. To ensure our loyalty program continues to operate fairly, transparently, and in line with industry best practices, the following points policy applies to all Diamond Membership accounts.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully.

Points Expiry

All Diamond Membership points accrued up to and including 30 June 2026 will expire at the close of business on Tuesday, 30 June 2026.

Any unused points remaining in a member’s account after this time will be forfeited and removed, and cannot be reinstated, transferred, or redeemed after the expiry date.

Redeeming Your Points

Members are encouraged to redeem their points prior to the expiry date. Points may be used across participating outlets and services within Canada Bay Club, including:

Dining & Beverages

Use points toward meals, food, and drinks at participating restaurants and bars within the Club.

Functions & Events

Apply points toward eligible private functions, celebrations, and event bookings.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

Exchange points for retail vouchers or gift cards at the Club reception for use at your convenience.

Please visit Reception for assistance with available redemption options.

Checking Your Balance

Members may check their current points balance:

  • At the Club reception desk
  • At designated kiosks (where available)
  • Or by speaking with our team for assistance

Our staff are happy to help you maximise the value of your rewards before the expiry date.

General Conditions

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Points are non-transferable between members or accounts.
  • Points may only be redeemed by the registered member.
  • Canada Bay Club reserves the right to amend the loyalty program, including earn and redemption rates, benefits, and expiry policies at any time in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Misuse of membership benefits may result in cancellation of points or membership privileges.
