Developed in partnership with Vision Personal Training Five Dock, the program offers structured, low-impact group fitness sessions designed specifically for seniors. These sessions aim to support physical health, mobility, and overall wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.
Class Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday – Sessions run 10.15am – 11am
Led by experienced trainers: Daniel (Vision Personal Training Five Dock); Marcus (Vision Personal Training Five Dock)
Session Cost & Access
- $5 per session, payable at reception or at the door
- Members can pre-purchase multiple sessions for added convenience
- All participants must swipe their membership card at entry
