Senior Fitness Program at Canada Bay Club
In collaboration with Vision Personal Training
Canada Bay Club is pleased to introduce Senior Fitness Program for members..
Developed in partnership with Vision Personal Training Five Dock, the program offers structured, low-impact group fitness sessions designed specifically for seniors. These sessions aim to support physical health, mobility, and overall wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.
Class Schedule
Classes will be held on the following days:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Doors open: 9.30am (access for Fitness Members only)
- Class time: 10.15am – 11.15am
- Location: Canada Bay Club – The Auditorium Room
Instructors
The classes will be led by experienced trainers Marcus Duharty and Daniel De Santis from Vision Personal Training Five Dock.
Session Cost and Access
- Each session is $5, payable at reception or at the door.
- Members may purchase multiple sessions in advance for convenience.
- All participants are required to swipe their membership card at the entrance to the fitness session.
Member Benefits
- Members earn 1 point per session by swiping their card.
- After every 10 sessions, members will automatically receive:
- 1 free fitness session
- 1 complimentary coffee, both credited to their membership card
