The Brasserie will only be open for Lunch on Christmas Day, bookings essential.
The Brasserie by Granata’s caters to the whole family with its delicious Italian menu. Located on the ground floor of Canada Bay Club, The Brasserie by Granata’s is renowned for its relaxed atmosphere, table service and delicious diverse menu.
The Brasserie by Granata’s has experienced chefs creating fresh food for its clientele. Everything is prepared and cooked on-site, from fish and seafood specialities to pasta and risotto.
The menu boasts a variety of traditional Italian favourites with wood-fired pizza available every night for dinner and also during lunch on Saturday and Sundays. The Brasserie has also introduced a Lunch Specials menu available 12noon – 2.30pm Monday to Fridays.
Please note: lunch specials are not available on public holidays or key seasonal events that fall Monday -Fridays.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee applies for all bookings of 10 or more at $10 per person, cancelling within 24hours of booking time. Credit Card details are taken at time of reservation. Function bookings in The Brasserie that are cancelled will incur a cancellation fee and this fee will be highlighted at time of booking, as per their terms and conditions.
