MOTHER'S DAY

Sunday 12th May

Spoil Mum this Mother’s Day! Join us for lunch or dinner at The Brasserie or Baysia. All your favourites will be available with a full al-a-carte menu available in both restaurants. A special Mother’s Day raffle will be held early in the evening with the major prize being a $1,000 Eftpos voucher plus Endota Spa vouchers, gift hampers and other giveaways to be won! Tickets on sale at 4.30pm and the draw commencing at 6.30pm.

KIDS' DISCO

Looking for top things to do with kids in the Inner West? Little Monstas entertains children at Canada Bay Club’s Kids’ Disco, held monthly on Saturdays from 1-3pm. Entry is $7. Beverages can be purchased at the bar and snacks can be ordered from the club’s two restaurants, Baysia and The Brasserie

The next Kids' Disco is Saturday 18th May 2019.

Parents can also organise a party package for only $25 per child (minimum of 10 children), which includes a choice of food, two jugs of drink and ice-cream, as well as your own party table. Call the club’s reception to book on 02 9713 4322.

MOTHER'S DAY DINNER DANCE

Saturday 11th May from 7pm

Enjoy a fabulous evening of dining and dancing with live entertainment by Frank De Bellis and band. A delicious three-course meal will be served and includes individual Antipasto platters, alternate mains of steak with green beans and potato gratin or chicken breast with mash and heritage carrots plus delicious chocolate cake with shaved coconut for dessert. Also included is house wine, soft drink, tap house beer and bubbles from the bar. Room opens at 7pm with dinner served at 7.30pm and dancing from 8pm.

AUSTRALIAN POKER LEAGUE

Are you a fan of playing poker? Canada Bay Club runs a registered Australian Poker League tournament every Tuesday night from 6pm and every Thursday lunch from 1pm for members. Come and join the fun.

Monday evening from 6.30pm and Wednesday from 12.30pm

Join us for Bingo and enjoy the fun every Monday evening from 6.30pm and Wednesdays from 12.30pm. Books are $2.50 each. Prizes are Woolworths vouchers. 

CEROC DANCING

Every Thursday night from 7.30pm

Heard of Ceroc Dancing? Hailing from France, it’s a smooth partner dance combining a modern Jive, ballroom and swing moves, and it’s on at Canada Bay Club every Thursday night. No need to bring a partner (but you’re very welcome to) and get ready to move around the dance floor to our fun, upbeat music. Whether you’re a beginner or a dancing veteran, there’s room for everyone. Cost is $18 for three hours of fun.

Sunday Mornings at Barnwell Park

Inner West’s top golf club Barnwell Park is right next door to Canada Bay Club. Every Sunday morning, a team from Canada Bay Club hits the greens and plays a round at this waterside spot. Head to Canada Bay Club’s reception to discover how to join the club’s team.

MENS INDOOR BOWLS

Escape the vagaries of the weather by playing indoor bowls with Canada Bay Club’s team. Head to the club’s reception to discover how to join the Men’s Indoor Bowls team that plays its rounds every Tuesday night from 7.30pm.

SENIORS EXERCISE CLASS

Sweat your troubles away with the dynamic Senior’s Exercise Class at Five Dock’s Canada Bay Club. Our energetic classes are customised for all levels of fitness, so come along and enjoy working up a sweat to great music with fellow members.

TAI CHI

Wednesday from 10.15am

Grandmaster Gary Khor is the founder/president of the Feng Shui Academy of China and the Australian Academy of Tai Chi and Qigong. Often referred to as the “Father of Tai Chi in Australia”, Gary has trained more than 1000 instructors and taught more than 200,000 students in the last 29 years. Branches of the Academy are spread throughout Australia.
