FUNCTION ROOMS

Canada Bay Club’s rooms have been designed to accommodate small to large groups, and styles of meetings. From casual stand-up spaces with streaming natural light, to larger rooms with meeting tables and in-room facilities, Canada Bay Club’s function spaces serve all kinds of corporate events.

The William Room

The William Room is a versatile room, accommodating up to 100 guests for a theatre style conference, or 80 guests for a seated celebration. With full bar facilities, portable dance floor and AV equipment, this room can cater to all requirements.

The Canada Bay Room

The Canada Bay Room is perfect for your next party or corporate event. You are able to seat up to 120 guests plus the room has a stage, dance floor a wall mounted screen and built-in projector. The Canada Bay Room is a great venue for childrens parties where the kids can have a great time in their own space. Let your imagination go wild and tailor this room to your own unique requirements.

The Auditorium

Our venue’s Auditorium has become more and more popular for hosting Weddings. With a seating capacity for up to 300 guests, plenty of parking and a gorgeous selection of menus to choose from our venue is an ideal location to hold your reception, exhibition or sporting presentation.

Fancy crispy skin duck, Tasmanian salmon or slow-cooked Wagyu beef? Let us help you create the perfect celebration with delicious food and drinks – choose from one of our popular packages, which range from cocktail and canapé packages to all-inclusive buffet packages. We offer plated menus, as well as a range of buffet options to please everyone on your special day.

For sweet tooths, we create salted caramel tarts, mixed berry summer puddings and vanilla bean panna cotta on site. We can also organise wedding and celebration cakes. Contact our experienced team to help you decide on the perfect menu for your special day.

Canada Bay Club has partnered with selected wine and beverage merchants to create a bespoke drinks selection that perfectly complements all our menu choices.
