Booking a function

Conveniently located a short fifteen-minute drive from the city of Sydney, Concord Bowlo makes a perfect venue for your functions and events. Located in the Inner West, we’re a fun and versatile venue to host your next gathering. Our manicured greens are surrounded by parkland and make a perfect venue for anniversaries, reunions, award nights, memorials, and fundraising/ charity events.

Hire the auditorium, garden room, or one of the Greens. There’s lots of options available for up to 120 people. There’s ample street parking nearby. Please discuss your catering needs with our Functions team. All drinks including soft drinks, alcohol, tea and coffee must be purchased through the Club (there’s lots of options to choose from!)

Kids Birthday Parties

You’ll be jumping for joy at how well Concord Bowling Club can accommodate kids’ birthday parties. Local entertainers are often a hit with the children, making it a fun celebration outdoors. Should you need a wet weather plan, there’s also space inside, including a foosball table for all to enjoy.

Milestone Celebrations

Whether it be a wedding, christenings, a milestone birthday party, hosting your local community awards or a charity fundraising event, we love hosting milestone celebrations.

Our greens have been marvellously transformed to host some incredible celebrations over the years. Spectacular weddings with a great selection of local wine and beer on tap. We’re recently started serving cocktails including Aperol Spritz, Cosmopolitans and Espresso Martinis, along with serving craft beers like Bowlo Beer.

Corporate Events

For many years we’ve been the home of corporate team building events and tailored corporate functions. Organisations like DHL, Arnott’s and Baker’s Delight have all regularly enjoyed a day out with their teams at the Bowlo.

We often play host to many local community team presentations – proudly supporting much of the Inner West community to help acknowledge contributions of key members of their team and reflect on achievements.

Hosting a special presentation? We’ve learned how to connect communities through audio-visual tools over the last few years. Bring your team and leverage our intimate auditorium and dance floor with seating for up to 120 guests.

Corporate bowls and catering packages are available to suit your needs – all you need to do is book and turn up!
