Total Body Conditioning classes are run weekly on Tuesdays from 11.30pm. Come and experience a new challenge – Total Body Conditioning Class. Gentle Exercise

Join us every Tuesday at 12.30pm for a rejuvenating and inclusive exercise experience designed specifically for older adults and those who use wheelchairs.
