Conveniently located in Five Dock, our venue includes a covered drop off and pick up area, and offers 300 free parking spaces for use by members and guests. Our function spaces also include our charming Kings Bay Lounge and Balcony Bar. The Lounge and Balcony overlook Barnwell Park Golf Club with views out to the Bay.
We offer a range of package options to suit all preferences and occasions – from high tea and canapés to plated three-course menus. All our bars feature fine wine, craft beer, cocktails, and a range of non-alcoholic options.

The William Room
Located adjacent to our stylish Kings Bay Lounge and Balcony Bar, the William Room offers a beautiful space filled with natural light with a leafy outlook over Barnwell Park Golf Club.
The William Room features an elegant, modern design with large floor-to-ceiling windows and pendant lighting. The William Room can accommodate up to 80 guests for a seated celebration.
The William Room offers full bar service, coffee and tea facilities, internal washrooms, an optional portable dance floor, and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
The Canada Bay Room
Like the William Room, the Canada Bay Room features an elegant, muted palette with exquisite bronze chandeliers and offers full bar service.
The centrepiece of the Canada Bay Room is its large floor space, perfect for a dance floor and stage. This room also features multiple wall-mounted screens, a built-in projector and built-in ceiling speakers.
Slightly larger than the William Room, the Canada Bay Room seats up to 120 guests. Perfect for larger events such as an engagement party where guests have plenty of space to mingle or dance.
The Canada Bay Room offers coffee and tea facilities, an optional portable dance floor, and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
The Auditorium
Planning an event with numbers in excess of 120? The Auditorium is the space for you. The centrepiece of the Auditorium is its staging and large dance floor. This room also features multiple wall-mounted screens, a built-in projector, built-in ceiling speakers and for evening events, offers modern lighting.

The Balcony Bar
Looking for a more intimate space for a kitchen tea, bridal shower or high tea? Our new Balcony Bar can be used for smaller celebrations.
