Canada Bay Club Announces Inaugural President’s Ball to Victims of Domestic Violence.

The Canada Bay Club is proud to announce its first-ever President’s Ball, a fundraising event supporting victims of domestic violence. Partnering with the SHOSJ Craft Group, the event aims to raise critical funds for Open Support, a local organization that empowers survivors.

Making a Difference

Throughout 2024, the Canada Bay Club and the SHOSJ Craft Group have collaborated to raise funds for Open Support’s life-changing programs. The President’s Ball will contribute directly to their cause, providing essential resources for individuals fleeing domestic violence.

Black-Tie Gala with a Touch of Purple

Guests will enjoy a delicious four-course meal, live entertainment, inspiring speakers, and an exciting raffle and auction with exclusive items. Renowned comedian Vince Sorrenti will host the evening as MC with a comedy show, there will be Opera singers, a DJ, String Quartet and a huge raffle with high-end luxury goods.

A Commitment to Ending Domestic Violence

“We are honored to host this event and support such a critical cause,” stated Frank Failla, President of the Canada Bay Club. “Domestic violence devastates countless lives. By supporting Open Support, we aim to make a real difference.”

Open Support’s Impact

Open Support provides crisis and transitional housing, specialized support services, and empowers individuals to rebuild their lives. Their services are available to all victims and children, including those facing unique challenges.
